Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital beat-license purchases currently offered by True Son Media.

Because licensed beat files and the signed license are delivered digitally after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files or signed license have been downloaded or accessed, except where a refund is required by law.

If your purchased files are defective or unavailable, or you believe you were charged in error, email support@treubenmedia.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. True Son Media will review the request and respond to the support email provided.
