MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Plans and prices Free accounts have no membership charge. Premium is $9.99 monthly or $99 yearly. Elite is $19.99 monthly or $199 yearly. Review the selected plan, renewal amount, interval, included benefits and applicable tax before enrollment. No trial or promotional rate applies unless expressly offered.

2. Included content Membership provides personal streaming and reading access to eligible published content offered for the selected plan, subject to each title's access rules and availability. It does not include every title or guarantee future releases. Artist fan subscriptions, individual music purchases, beat licenses and service orders are separate.

3. Comics and downloads Paced comic reading unlocks 3 pages for free accounts, 7 for Premium and 14 for Elite per rolling 24-hour period from the start of reading, subject to the issue's length and available preview. Previously unlocked pages do not decrease under the pacing rule. A separate eligible comic purchase unlocks that issue in full and its authorized PDF download. Membership alone grants no comic PDF downloads, ownership, redistribution or beat licensing rights.

4. Renewal and consent Paid plans renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancellation takes effect. Enrollment requires affirmative consent to the disclosed recurring terms and a retainable acknowledgment with cancellation instructions. Signing out or stopping use does not cancel billing.

5. Cancellation Cancel online through the Membership billing controls in your account. Confirmed cancellation ordinarily stops renewal when the paid period ends; retain the confirmation and displayed end date. Cancellation must remain available without unnecessary obstacles. 6. Plan changes and payment problems Where enabled, upgrades apply immediately with the provider's prorated adjustment; downgrades take effect when the paid period ends. Review the billing effect before confirming. Failed payments may affect access according to verified subscription status. Account billing provides invoice and payment-method controls where supported.

7. Refunds Cancellation is separate from a refund. No automatic prorated refund is promised, and mandatory refund rights are preserved. Report duplicate charges, unauthorized billing or unavailable paid access to support@treubenmedia.com. Eligibility follows applicable law and the product's applicable policy; the beat refund policy is not a blanket membership restriction.

8. Notices and changes Required renewal reminders and notices of price or material changes must be provided as required by law before applicable charges. Applicable consent requirements govern subscription changes. No undisclosed charge or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is authorized.

9. Accounts and support Keep account information accurate and protect your login. Membership grants access rather than copyright ownership. Moderation and catalog changes remain subject to applicable terms, law and paid-access obligations. Subscription, payment and cancellation records are retained as required.
