Copyright & Submission Warranty

COPYRIGHT & SUBMISSION WARRANTY

1. Rights required before submission By submitting material, you confirm that you own or have permission to use every element necessary for the uses you authorize on True Son Media. This includes recordings, compositions, lyrics, beats, samples, performances, artwork, photographs and other submitted material. Purchasing a beat or using a creation tool does not by itself establish permission for every use.

2. Collaborators and third-party material You must obtain the permissions needed from collaborators, producers, performers, songwriters and other rights holders. A nonexclusive beat license permits only the uses granted in that license; it does not make you the exclusive owner. Samples, interpolations and third-party artwork must be cleared where required. Do not submit material when your rights are disputed, expired or insufficient for the proposed sale, stream, download or subscription benefit.

3. Accurate disclosures and supporting records Submission information must be accurate. Disclose restrictions that affect publication or delivery, including license limits and earlier grants. Keep relevant licenses, releases and permissions, and provide supporting information when reasonably requested. Do not misrepresent authorship, ownership, exclusive rights or consent.

4. Ownership and platform permission You retain your ownership rights. The operational permission granted to True Son Media is governed by the applicable approved Artist Terms and Artist Agreement. This warranty does not independently transfer copyright, authorize unrelated licensing or grant permission for AI-model training. Any exclusive beat transaction is governed by its separately accepted license, not by this submission warranty.

5. Review and claims Owner review does not certify that rights have been cleared. True Son Media may request corrections, withhold publication or restrict access while reviewing a credible rights complaint. You must promptly tell support if a permission is withdrawn or a claim affects submitted material and cooperate with a reasonable review. Removal and disputes follow the applicable Content Removal & Contact policy and law.

6. Records and responsibility You remain responsible for the accuracy of your rights statements and for obtaining required permissions. This warranty does not add an automatic indemnity, collection fee, bank debit or waiver of legal defenses. Financial adjustments follow the approved agreement and verified transaction records. Purchase, license, acceptance and financial history must be preserved as required even where material is removed.

7. Scope and changes This warranty applies to material submitted for publication, delivery and approved subscription benefits. Future changes do not silently rewrite previously accepted licenses or completed transactions. Applicable law and the accepted version of the relevant agreement remain controlling.
