CONTENT REMOVAL & CONTACT

1. Contact Send rights complaints or removal requests to support@treubenmedia.com with the subject "Content removal". Include the title and exact page URL or identifying information. This is the site's support address; this policy does not identify a registered DMCA agent or claim statutory safe-harbor eligibility.

2. Copyright complaints Identify the copyrighted work, disputed material and its location; provide your contact details, signature and authority to represent the rights holder. Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized by the owner, its agent or law, and an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury. Explain the complaint and supply relevant supporting information.

3. Review and action True Son Media reviews reports and may request more information, stop new sales, remove material or restrict access as appropriate. Where the statutory notice procedure applies, compliant notices must be handled promptly and the affected contributor notified as required. A support review does not finally determine ownership or legal liability.

4. Responses and counter-notices An affected contributor may provide permissions or a response. A statutory counter-notice requires a signature; identification and former location of removed material; a good-faith mistake-or-misidentification statement under penalty of perjury; and required contact, court-jurisdiction and service-of-process statements. Where applicable, restoration follows the statutory 10-14 business-day process unless notice of the relevant court action is received. An ordinary support response is not automatically a compliant counter-notice.

5. Other concerns For privacy, impersonation or safety concerns, identify the material and explain the issue. Artists requesting withdrawal of their own content may use available account controls or support. Withdrawal from new sale is distinct from a rights dispute and does not automatically cancel subscriptions or refund purchases.

6. Purchases and records Ordinary withdrawal preserves valid completed-purchase access and protected license, acceptance, payment and audit history. A legal restriction may require disabling disputed content even for purchasers; required customer remedies are then reviewed under applicable agreements and law. Retaining records does not authorize unlawful distribution.

7. Accuracy and repeated violations Reports and responses must be truthful. Accounts or submissions may be restricted for repeated substantiated rights violations or abusive reports, subject to law and protected records. This policy creates no automatic fine or waiver of legal defenses.

8. Support and statutory agent details Questions: support@treubenmedia.com. Publication approval and receipt of a complaint do not certify that rights are cleared. Any separate statutory-agent registration and published agent details must accurately reflect the actual registration before being represented as such.
