BEAT LICENSE TERMS

1. The controlling agreement A beat purchase is governed by the exact owner-approved license PDF shown and accepted for that transaction. Review the complete PDF before signing. This summary does not expand its permissions or rewrite past sales. The beat, license type, price and transaction information must match the agreement accepted.

2. Unlimited Rights Unlimited Rights is the nonexclusive option. The beat may remain available to other buyers. Its name does not override restrictions or obligations in the accepted PDF. A nonexclusive purchase does not grant exclusive ownership or authorize an unrelated use.

3. Exclusive Rights Exclusive Rights is governed by its accepted PDF. Following a verified fulfilled exclusive sale, the beat is withdrawn from new sales. This does not by itself revoke earlier valid nonexclusive licenses or transfer copyright beyond an express grant in the signed agreement. Read the PDF for the scope of exclusivity and surviving rights.

4. Permitted uses The accepted PDF determines permitted recordings, distribution, performance, audiovisual uses, credits and other obligations. Beat-use permission is distinct from ownership. This summary creates no unstated royalty rate, publishing share, additional song allowance or copyright assignment. Obtain necessary permissions for third-party material used in the buyer's own production.

5. Signature, payment and availability The buyer reviews the PDF, supplies required transaction information and signs electronically before completing checkout. Issuance and delivery depend on verified payment and fulfillment. An unpaid checkout, reservation or success screen alone is not proof of a fulfilled license. Saving or previewing a beat does not reserve exclusive rights.

6. Versions and delivery The purchase records the accepted template version and identifying details, and the completed license is linked to the order. Later replacements do not alter earlier signed agreements. Deliverables are those expressly offered for the purchased license; additional files or formats are not automatically included. Retain the order and completed license.

7. Refunds and questions The approved beat-license Refund Policy applies subject to mandatory legal rights. Report defective or unavailable files, duplicate charges or suspected billing errors to support@treubenmedia.com with the order reference. This summary does not invent penalties or unilaterally revoke earlier grants.

8. Separate products and records Memberships, artist fan subscriptions and ordinary music purchases do not supply beat licenses. Completed purchase, signature, license and financial history remains protected when a beat is archived or removed from new sale. Contact support@treubenmedia.com for licensing or delivery assistance.
