Artist Fan Subscription Terms

ARTIST FAN SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. The plan An artist fan subscription provides recurring access to the content and benefits identified in the artist's owner-approved plan. It is separate from individual music purchases and general True Son Media memberships. The enrollment screen must state the artist, plan price, billing frequency, included access and cancellation terms before payment. No particular trial, discount, future release, personal service or download is included unless expressly offered in the approved plan.

2. Recurring payment and consent By affirmatively enrolling in the disclosed plan, the fan authorizes the recurring charges stated at enrollment, plus applicable government tax, until cancellation takes effect. Renewal uses the disclosed billing frequency. A purchase of an individual track or a free follow does not authorize recurring payments. Required consent and an acknowledgment of the subscription and cancellation instructions must be provided and retained as required by applicable law.

3. Price and revenue share The displayed plan price is the fan's base subscription price. The direct-music-sales customer fee of $0.50 plus 8% is not added to fan subscriptions. Applicable tax is separate where permitted. True Son Media receives 20% of verified base subscription revenue and the artist receives 80%, excluding tax and subject to verified reversals. This split is an internal revenue allocation, not an extra fee added to the fan's displayed plan price.

4. Access Access is subject to a verified current subscription and covers only the approved included content. A subscription does not transfer copyright or automatically grant ownership, purchased-file downloads, exclusive beat rights or access to every future release. Purchased music remains governed by its separate purchase terms. Failed payments, refunds, disputes or expiration can affect subscription access according to the verified payment lifecycle and applicable law.

5. Online cancellation Fans can cancel through their account's artist-subscription controls. The cancellation process must be available online for subscriptions enrolled online and must not impose unnecessary obstacles. After a confirmed cancellation-at-period-end request, the subscription ordinarily remains active through the paid period and does not renew afterward. Fans should retain the confirmation and stated end date. Signing out, deleting an application or unfollowing an artist does not cancel a paid subscription. Support is available for technical problems; support contact does not replace the required online cancellation option.

6. Refunds and consumer rights Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not automatically a refund of the current paid period. Refund eligibility follows applicable consumer rights and the approved refund policy. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of legally required refunds or promise automatic prorated refunds. Provider-confirmed refunds and chargebacks can adjust access and reverse the corresponding artist and platform earnings.

7. Changes and notices Required renewal reminders, acknowledgments and notices of price or material subscription changes must be provided in the manner and within the periods required by applicable law. New charges must not be based on undisclosed changes. Required consent must be obtained when applicable. Fans can review notices and cancel before an unwanted renewal or change takes effect. No mandatory consumer right is waived by these terms.

8. Artists and support Artists must have the rights needed for included material, accurately describe the plan and maintain the promised approved benefits. True Son Media reviews plans and moderates material but does not guarantee earnings, audience growth or unlisted benefits. If a plan or included access is withdrawn, subscription handling and any required remedy must follow applicable law and the verified payment records. Account questions and service issues can be raised through the site's support channel.

Fan-subscription processing costs: ordinary payment-processing costs are borne from True Son Media's 20% platform share. No additional ordinary processing deduction is taken from the artist's 80% fan-subscription share.
